1. Quotation

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing is per spec, per port, per Incoterms (default CIF).

2. Order & deposit

30% deposit on confirmation. Balance against shipping documents (B/L, COA, COO, MSC certificate). Deposits non-refundable past production start.

3. Specifications

Product spec is fixed at order confirmation: species, grade, size, form, packaging, certifications, glaze percentage, lot size, MOQ, port. Changes require re-quote.

4. Cold chain & arrival temperature

We guarantee −25°C set-point on the reefer container and a maximum −22°C arrival temp at destination port. Onset HOBO logger inside every container. Anomalies trigger a joint review and case-by-case settlement.

5. Force majeure

Shipping delays caused by port strikes, weather, war, pandemic, or sanction lists are not our liability. We will provide alternative routing where possible.

6. Returns & rejection

Inspect within 48h of port arrival. Provide photos and lot reference. Genuine quality claims (e.g. broken cold chain, off-spec) are credited or replaced. Out-of-spec quibbles after 48h are not.

7. Governing law

Contracts governed by Tanzania law. Disputes settled by ICC arbitration in London (single arbitrator), English language.

8. Confidentiality

Pricing, processes, and trade volumes confidential to the contracting parties.
